Are you a talented Software Engineer with a strong knowledge of Android, Java, SQL, and the ability to manage both Linux and Windows servers along with network infrastructure?

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team to develop and maintain client and server applications for enterprise two-way communications, tracking and safety systems.

Due to the collabarative requirement of this role, it is based in our Northmead NSW office, with the possibility of some work from home.

What you can expect:

  • Develop and maintain software applications and systems, primarily Android, Java, and SQL

  • Administer and manage Linux and Windows servers, liaising with our cyber security team, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability

  • Oversee our network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and maintaining network components such as our virtual machines, networks and firewalls in data centres; as well as routers, switches, and other IT equipment in our office

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements, recommending and implementing relevant technologies and best practices


Qualities of Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong proficiency in Android development, Java programming, and SQL databases

  • Extensive experience in server and network administration, managing both Linux and Windows servers

  • In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, and firewalls

  • Familiarity with system and network monitoring tools and techniques

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software, server, and network-related issues

  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with other teams members, including non-technical

  • A bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is not required, but will be well regarded. Relevant certifications are also a plus.

Part-time (20-25 hours per week)


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, be proficient in accounting software, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and organise financial transactions

  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable

  • Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS)

  • Generate monthly financial reports

  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare for the end of the financial year

  • Stay updated with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Debt collection

  • A NSW Police Check will be required for the successful candidate

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with Unleashed inventory and other business systems is an advantage

  • Proven experience in technical operations, product and project management within a technology industry

  • Strong understanding of Android devices and the mobile ecosystem

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality results

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset
